1. If the live streaming is not active, we suggest you to check whether the event got started with any of your family or friends who is at venue.

2. Usually the Live streaming works on all the devices and browsers, but we mostly recommend you to use Google chrome for better performance .

3. At times, In few PC's internet browser may need access to load the flash plugin to play the streaming, so kindly grant permission if asked.

4. We strongly recommend on using high-speed internet connection for a buffer-free live streaming. If possible use a Lan connection over wifi.

5. At times, video may get stuck because of slow network at the venue, so the network strength at the venue also plays a vital role. Video automatically resumes back once the network gains good strength.
